My wife and I really enjoy your whiskey and have been purchasing it from your on line store for some time. The free shipping a d reward points were a great incentive to continue. Imagine my surprise when I went to your website to buy more whiskey and find out there is only free shipping if I join your exclusive club that costs $120.00 a year. Oh, also no reward points for being a good customer. Wow. You get popular and immediately lower your customer incentives. I will continue to purchase your product because it is so good but when another company comes out with a product like yours I will switch. You have no customer loyalty.

My son brought this whiskey with him when he came to visit. As a single malt and high-end bourbon drinker, and not a ginger fan, I was not expecting a lot. First sip changed me. I really like this whiskey. I can't get it here in Virginia, so I order it directly from the distillery. I've done so several times, and will likely keep doing so.
